CROSSFIT- Our classes combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises. It focuses on functional movements performed at a high intensity to improve overall strength, endurance, and agility. CrossFit workouts are constantly varied, challenging participants to push their limits and achieve optimal fitness levels. With a strong emphasis on community, our classes provide a supportive environment where individuals of all fitness levels can thrive and achieve their fitness goals.

WEIGHTLIFTING - Olympic Weightlifting class participants will start with a warm-up, including mobility exercises and stretches to prepare the body for the lifts. The class will then move on to practicing the snatch and clean and jerk, breaking down each movement into its component parts and working on technique.

GYMNASTICS- focuses specifically on the gymnastics movements incorporated into CrossFit workouts. The class is designed to improve flexibility, coordination, balance, and strength in these movements, which include pull-ups, push-ups, handstands, muscle-ups, and more.

Creche- Our creche is available for the 930am & 4pm classes. Minis must be checked in & out on the sheet provided at the front desk. You must provide your minis snacks, water bottles & nappies if required. **Coomera Location ONLY**
All classes are 60minutes. Class participants must book and sign into classes on the membership platform.
