class descriptions
CLASS- Our classes combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises. It focuses on functional movements performed at a high intensity to improve overall strength, endurance, and agility. Workouts are constantly varied, challenging participants to push their limits and achieve optimal fitness levels. With a strong emphasis on community, our classes provide a supportive environment where individuals of all fitness levels can thrive and achieve their fitness goals.
WEIGHTLIFTING - Olympic Weightlifting class participants will start with a warm-up, including mobility exercises and stretches to prepare the body for the lifts. The class will then move on to practicing the snatch and clean and jerk, breaking down each movement into its component parts and working on technique.
GYMNASTICS- focuses specifically on the gymnastics movements incorporated into our workouts. The class is designed to improve flexibility, coordination, balance, and strength in these movements, which include pull-ups, push-ups, handstands, muscle-ups, and more.
All classes are 60minutes. Class participants must book and sign into classes on the membership platform.
