URBAN FiiT is a body weight program designed for all levels of fitness. Have fun while you are getting fit at Urban Southport or Burleigh. Small class sizes, no skills or experience necessary.
We have developed Urban FiiT to help improve your daily life by strengthening muscles to prepare them for everyday tasks and activities. Mostly using your body weight, this form of strength training is simple and safe for almost anyone. For those with injuries, Urban FiiT can be tailored around your needs. Our experienced coaches focus firstly on mobility. Before you can move fast, move for a long time, or even move strongly - you must be able to move! Secondly, Stability. We need to hold everything together so that it lasts. Thirdly, Movement & Posture then lastly, Strength & Stamina.

Who is it for: Anyone wanting to increase their mobility, stability, movement and posture, strength and stamina. All ages and levels of fitness.
When are the classes: Mon, Wed, 6.30am & 5.00pm | Fri 6.30am | Sat 7am.
How much is membership: $47 pw. Includes 3 fully coached, small group classes plus Saturday bonus workout.
Weekday classes are capped at 10 people per class.
