There are many variations of movements to ensure you are moving well and avoiding further injuries or flare ups of previous injuries. Please communicate your concerns with your coaches so that we can provide alternatives for you.
Is CrossFit good for older people? Absolutely, CrossFit exercises focus on functional movements, meaning that especially maturing athletes should take up the exercise regime to continue to live healthily and independently.

Having only trained for a month or so prior, CrossFit can be quite intimidating to say the least. But honestly CrossFit Urban could of not made me feel any more welcome.
The fact they actual care, the knowledge and the patience they give to every individual is amazing. They are hands down the best trainers I’ve ever worked with.
Thank you again to the team down there and if it’s just a change of lifestyle or a challenge in life or even a for the social aspect this is the place to be!
The coaches are really friendly and helpful and so are the people who train there. It was warm welcome for this newbie. Thank you!
